Electrical Engineer with a postgraduate degree in Energy Management from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and in Leadership Development from the University of Virginia (USA). Charles has served as a Head of Enel Grids – Ceará since September 2019 at Enel São Paulo. Charles joined the Enel Group in June 2018. He worked for Eletropaulo for 6 years, where he served as Commercial Director and Operations Director. Recognized for his results-oriented expertise, assertive communication and people development skills.
He served as administrative-financial and investor relations officer at Enel Distribuição Ceará from May 2007 to June 2008, before moving to Lima (Peru), where he held the position of economic-financial officer in that country. Returned to Brazil in August 2012 to serve as Financial and Investor Relations Officer in Brazil. Over his professional career, he was a member of Advisory Boards of pension funds and stock exchanges in Brazil, in addition to Boards of Directors in companies of the Group, in Brazil and Peru.
