Tariff change

Change in tariff mode.

Conditions: signing of an amendment to the contract. The customer must remain in the selected option for a minimum of 12 months after the start of the term of the new contract.

Technical viability analysis - Load release

Viability analysis of load release/increase on the Enel Distribuição Goiás grid.

Who can request:  account holder for the consumer unit, one of the company’s partners, manager of the condominium or their legal representatives.

Important: The customer’s National Insurance Number/Company Registration Number cannot be cancelled or annulled by Inland Revenue.

Where to request: Virtual Branch.

Fees and costs: There is no charge for this service.

Load increase

Request for a viability analysis for increasing the power of the transformer.

Conditions:Issue of a technical viabilty analysis of load service, with the document outlining the need for adjustments/grid expansion, where needed; approval of the new substation project and selectivity and protection study, if required.

Fees and costs:There is no charge. However, it might be necessary to financially participate in the extension, reinforcement or modification of the existing grid.

Classification correction

Inspection of the consumer unit to verify the classification under the CNAE code (Economic Activity).

Programmed disconnection or reconnection

Request by the customer to disconnect the consumer unit substation.

Conditions: Presentation of ART of service and letter of request.

Irrigation/aquaculture discount

Requisition of regulated discount for irrigation and/or aquaculture activity. The discount will be applied to the energy consumption for irrigation in the nocturnal period.

Conditions: The consumer unit must be located in a rural area, with energy supply destined to the development of the activity. The account holder must fall under the Rural Agricultural consumer class. The request must be made using the appropriate form (model) by the account holder or their legal representative.

Definitive disconnection or rescission

Request to terminate the commercial relationship with Enel Distribuição Goiás at a specific consumer unit.

Who can request: consumer unit account holder, one of the company’s partners, condominium manager or their legal representatives.

Fees and Costs:According to Aneel Resolution 414/2010.

Provision of Measurement Data (mass memory)

Sending of the files to the customer with the magnitudes measured for the period of a billing cycle.

Supply of frequency pulses and synchronism

The supply of frequency pulses and synchronism is the connection of Enel’s measuring system to the customer’s demand management system, via the movement of exclusive equipment for this service.

New Connection

Installation of meter at a new consumer unit for commercial customers.

Conditions: Available power analysis (with a possibility of executing works and financial participation from the applicant), signing of contract, substation approval, including protection adjustments.

Fees and costs: there is no charge for this service. However, financial participation may be required for the extension, reinforcement or modification of the existing grid.

Temporary Connection

Service request for provisional consumer units destined to temporary events such as public parties, concerts and more.

Prerequisites:

• The service can only be requested by customers with regularised National Insurance Number or Company Registration Number.
• The customer cannot have debts with Enel.
• Presentation of transformer rental project issued by Enel Distribuição Goiás, when required.

Migration to Free Contracting Environment - ACL

Process where the customer begins buying energy from the free electricity contracting environment.

Conditions: the customer must be an agent with the Chamber of Electric Energy Commercialisation (CCEE); match the Billing Measurement System (SMF) and have the contract thus signed.

Change in Contracted Demand

Alteration in current contracted demand.

Conditions: For increases: contract signing, available power analysis (with a possibility of executing works and financial participation from the applicant), substation approval, including protection adjustments (if an increase of installed power has been executed)

Fees and costs: There is no charge for this service.

Debt negotiation

Debt negotiation with or without an instalment plan.

Conditions: requests must be made by the unit account holder or their legal representative. The negotiation proposal will be analysed and subsequently become effective.

Seasonality

Request to fit the consumer unit in the criteria of Resolution 414/2010.

Where to request:Virtual Branch or Account executive.

Duplicate Bill

Request to issue a duplicate bill due to loss or being unable to pay the original bill through no fault of Enel’s.

Who can request: account holder, their legal representative or third parties.

Where to request: Virtual branch, Customer Service Centre and Customer Service executives.

Fees and costs: there will be a charge - with the exception of requests filed via the Virtual Branch, which are free.

Title Transfer                            

Change in electricity account holder name, when there is no debt against the property.

Attention: We reiterate that a title transfer for a consumer unit with open debt with only be concluded after analysis and approval by Enel’s legal department.

Voltage Level Check

Installation of device in the distributor’s grid to check the voltage level of the supply of electricity to the consumer unit. The service will only take place following a formal complaint by the customer.
