These Terms of Use constitute a legal contract between the user and ENEL and regulate the use of its websites and/or apps and its contents. If you do not agree with them you should not use those services.

ENEL’s websites may contain links to external Internet sites. The sites referenced are not under ENEL’s control and as such ENEL accepts no responsibility for their contents, including broken links or any content changes or updates of sites accessed by these links.

As a condition of use of ENEL’s websites and its content, the user commits to employing them according to the law, good taste, public and moral order and in a way that does not cause harm, misuse or overload its usual form.

Use of the digital communication channels
ENEL’s websites may offer digital communication services through its official channels and/or other communication facilities between users and ENEL. The user will agree to use the digital channels only to send and receive messages and materials that are appropriate and relevant to the services rendered. The user commits to using ENEL’s digital channels in conformity with the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and should not (included but not limited to the following):
Defame, abuse, threaten or violate in any way the legal rights (such as privacy and publication rights) of others.

Advertise or offer the purchase or sale of goods and services of any nature, unless the service in question has been specifically authorised by the portal’s administrator.
Download files posted by other users of the service knowing that the content cannot be legally shared in this manner.
Conduct or send to others any competitions, pyramid schemes, chains, etc.
Falsify or omit any legal observations or other authorial attributions, designations, trademarks, copyrights or source code for software or any other materials contained in an available file.
Restrict or inhibit any user from accessing the services of this communication channel.
Violate the code of conduct, laws or applicable rules for any service of this communication channel.
Collect and use informations about other person or persons, including email addresses, without their prior approval.
ENEL reserves the right to review the materials posted through this communication service and to remove any shared content judged inappropriate and to restrict at any moment the access of any user to one or more communication services for any reasons deemed relevant.
Access to the restricted area
The user is responsible for:
Ensuring the truthfulness of the information provided to ENEL;
Not accessing the website’s restricted areas on behalf of third parties without their prior authorisation;
Treating the information received in the website’s restricted access areas with total secrecy, maintaining its confidentiality;
Keeping and maintaining the secrecy of his or her access password under his or her sole responsibility, not sharing it with third parties. If any violation of the password is detected, the user must inform ENEL immediately through the official channels;
Maintaining a secure computer environment, using available tools such as updated antivirus software and firewalls to help prevent electronic risk from the user’s side;
Being responsible for the damage and losses of any nature ENEL suffers due to the noncompliance with any of the obligations they are subjected to under these terms of use.
