Developing the skills of young professionals as a complement to their academic training is one of the objectives of Enel’s internship programme, SemearTalentos (Sowing Talent). Created in 2004, the programme aims to form professionals that can meet the demands and challenges of the business and to prepare them to work in the Brazilian energy sector.
We offer opportunities to professionals with technical or academic training in several areas (Engineering, Economics, Business, Accounting, IT, Communication and Architecture, among others). We bring development of many different competencies and skills, opening doors to professional growth within and outside the country. We currently have over 450 interns in our companies in Brazil and we hope you too will soon be part of our team.
