Cristine de Magalhães Marcondes holds a degree in Law from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), and post-graduation in Civil Procedure Law from the Cândido Mendes University and Executive MBA in Business Management, from IBMEC, both in Rio de Janeiro. In Juiz de Fora, she served in the Office of the 7th Civil Court of the Judicial District of Juiz de Fora (MG), the Office of the General Counsel for the National Treasury, Procon and the Legal Department of Caixa Econômica Federal. In her return to Rio de Janeiro, Mrs. Marcondes served in the Civil Litigation Management of Telemar Norte Leste and in various law firms.
Since 2004 when Mrs. Marcondes joined Enel Brasil, she has been Coordinator of Civil Small-Claims Court, Manager of the “Business Unit” of the Legal Department of Ampla Energia e Serviços S/A, Manager of “Consumer, Contracts and Consultancy” of the Legal Department of Endesa Brasil and Legal Counsel of Coelce – Companhia Energética do Ceará, for four years. Since 2015, Mrs. Marcondes has been Legal Assistant in Brazil, giving legal support in relation to Enel Group’s staff: Human Resources (labor and social security-related issues), Regulation (contracts and regulatory & legal consultancies), Supplies (contracts and consultancies), Services & Security (Partners and Property Management), Audit (Compliance) and Prátil (contracts and consultancies), as well as lawsuits in connection with such issues. In addition, Mrs. Marcondes is responsible for environmental-related subjects in the Distribution companies.
