The Board of Directors is in charge of setting the general direction of business at Enel Distribution Rio through key management guidelines as well as the senior control of Enel Distribution Rio, by monitoring compliance with the guidelines laid down by it, monitoring the implementation of approved programs and verification of results obtained.
